marketing crew · founding cohort

An AI marketing crew that actually ships.

Strategist. Copywriter. Designer. Social Manager. Hired in ten minutes, briefed on your brand, shipping by Friday.

Most AI tools hand you a blank text box and wish you luck. crewspace hands you colleagues.

the founding offer

The crew works free for three months. You only cover the materials.

Every trade splits the bill into labour and materials. We're doing the same.

For the founding cohort, the labour is free. The Strategist, the Copywriter, the Designer, the Social Manager: three months, no fee. You cover the materials, the AI inference and the third-party tools the crew uses to do the job (image generation, social scheduling, email sending). Billed at cost. No markup. You see every line.

We're taking 25 companies. 0 spots are gone. The counter below is real: when it reads 25, this page changes and the offer is over.

After three months, you're on a plan. We'll show you the maths before you commit to one.

What's included

A full crew, not a chatbot

Strategist plans the calendar. Copywriter writes the posts and the long-form. Designer makes the visuals, images and video, in a brand-locked studio. Social Manager schedules and reports. Each has a role, a reporting line and a to-do list.

Briefed before they ship

They read your brand guide: voice, colours, audience, the things you will and won't say. Nobody starts cold.

Shipping every week

Not drafts sitting in a folder. Posts on the schedule, articles in review, a report in your inbox on Friday afternoon.

You sign off what matters

The crew runs the boring 90%. Anything that leaves the building, a post going live, an email going out, comes to you first.

Materials at cost

You see what the crew spent, and on what. Every week. No markup on inference or tool spend.

what the founding cohort pays for the crew, for three months

The founding cohort gets the whole function for the price of the materials. For three months. Then we talk.

the guarantee

If it doesn't ship, you don't pay. Even after the free months.

Your first paid month is refundable for 14 days from the date it starts. If the crew hasn't shipped work you're happy with in that fortnight, one email gets the month fee back. No retention flow. No forms designed to wear you down. One email.

On the materials, two rules:

Unused credits: refundable anytime

If the crew didn't spend it, you get it back. Even outside the 14 days.

Consumed inference: not refundable

It was spent doing the work, the same as a freelancer's hours. We can't un-run the models.

This is the deal we'd want if we were the buyer. So it's the deal.

the small print

Refund applies to the first paid month fee, claimed within 14 days of that month starting. Unused prepaid credits (inference and third-party tool balances) are refundable at any time. Inference already consumed by the crew in producing work is non-refundable. Standard plan terms apply from month two. Full terms: crewspace.ai/terms.

proof

What the crew shipped this week.

No case-study theatre. No "results may vary". This is the live output of a real crew, updated weekly. An empty slot means we haven't dropped the screenshot in yet, not that we're hiding something.

This week's calendar: posts scheduled across the connected channels, drafted ahead of time.
Copywriter drafted it. The owner approved it in two minutes. Live the same afternoon.
Friday, 16:00. The week's work, the numbers, what's next. In your inbox, not on your to-do list.
Designer briefed Friday. Visuals shipped Monday. On palette, on brand, no back-and-forth.

guardrails

It asks when it's unsure.

An agent that ships is only worth having if it knows when to stop.

Every crewspace agent works inside guardrails you set: a budget it cannot exceed, and an approval gate on anything that matters. When the crew hits a judgement call, a price it isn't certain of, a claim that could land wrong, anything with money or reputation attached, it doesn't guess and hope. It stops and asks. A card lands in your inbox: here's what I'm about to do, here's why I paused, here's what I need from you. Approve, redirect, or stop. Then it carries on.

The crew handles the boring 90%. You keep your hand on the 10% that counts.

for agencies

One login. Every client.

If you run an agency, crewspace isn't another tool to sell into your clients. It's one login for you, and a crew per client: each briefed on that client's brand, each working inside that client's guardrails, and none of them able to see another client's work. Hard walls between accounts, not a shared workspace with labels.

You keep the client, the margin and the control. Your clients get a marketing function that ships without you hiring one for each of them. Capacity stops being a recruitment problem.

The agency pilot

We're running a small pilot for agencies alongside the founding cohort. A handful of seats. If you'd rather manage the work than chase the deliverables, this is the one to be in.

The crew works free for three months. You only cover the materials.
